Stella Lucy

I've been visiting my family in San Clemente, California, and have visited (more than 3 times in 2 weeks) this gluten free market near Del Mar street. It's amazing! It's called Stella Lucy Gluten-Free Market . I walk in there care-free and if I have any questions on products I've never tried, they tell me how they are. They'll soon be moving to a larger location so they can carry meats & more refrigerated items but for now, it's this little location. It's right next to Velvet yogurt.

They don't carry this bread, which I was bummed about, but I found other solutions :)

Welcome to this gluten-free blog! My name is Elise, and I started this to help people find restaurants and recipes to make living gluten-free, a lot easier. I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease January 2010 and have learned a ton since and instead of keeping all that information in a physical journal for only my eyes, I want to share it.

I hope this blog turns out to be a communal blog where people comment and email me so I can post new recipes and places to eat. When I find useful GF/Celiac blogs/websites, I will post them below.

I am based out of Provo, Utah and travel atleast an hour away just to eat at a GF friendly place. I also go home to Orange County a lot and will be reviewing places I go as well. (Utah isn't the easiest place to find GF places like Orange County is.)
