Charlotte's Bakery

Charlotte's Bakery has quite the treats. They are based out of SLC ( I think) but have products in California, Utah and Idaho markets. Any Good Earth you can find it. The photo pictured about is of this delicious loaf of cinnamon raisin rice bread. HOLY SMOKES it is so good and so dense. It's been a struggle for me to find quality bread and luckily, I have the greatest friends who are always on the look out for me, and bought me a loaf! Since I don't have the time to make home-made bread, and can't stand the thought of store-bought bread, I usually don't buy store-bought bread. But this is one I will have to keep in my pantry.

I've already had like 4 pieces (I want to savor them) and today I tried it toasted with butter. Then I was convinced I had died and gone to heaven. I probably didn't need to put the butter on the pieces because it's so flavorful as it is, but sometimes you forget how good it is.

  1. Try Udi's brand bread. it has been my saving grace for sandwiches. here in utah you can find their bread in stores like Sunflower market. they are based out of colorado and have many other gluten-free products but for now only the bread is available in Utah. on their website they have a letter you can print out and bring to your health food store so they will carry their product. i'm trying to get Sunflower to carry more but there is little demand for it. i'm tired of seeing all the "EnerG" bread! it is not good!!!
