 I am more than happy that these are gluten-free because I already had a pattern of eating these maybe once a week.. BEFORE I found out about my love-hate relationship with the gluten-free diet. You can find these in the freezer section at almost any grocery store. The chicken ones don't cook as well as the beef. But if cooked right, they are just as good :)

What I've done almost my whole life with these taquitos is mix my favorite salsa with sour cream (DAIRY is the best, and totally gluten-free). You will not be disappointed.
